Meet the CMC Team
I am the owner and developer of Camille Marie Coaching. My life passion as an adult has always been working with families and individuals to provide services to help improve quality of lives. I have done this mostly in social services, but also in family programming and counseling services the past 16 years. In this past year, I have also become a published author! You can find the first in a series of books to come about how to help children do difficult things here.
Over the past 11 years I have had the opportunity to provide parent coaching in group sessions to thousands of parents for children between the ages birth to school age. Additionally I've worked with many families in their home doing hands on parent coaching which has allowed me to tailor the material to meet each family's unique needs. I have worked with many parents who wanted parent coaching to learn behavior intervention techniques as a supplemental service for specific behavioral diagnoses as well as providing in home counseling and behavior rehabilitation services to high risk youth.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Psychology with a foci in Family Studies from Washington State University. Additionally I am a Certified Counselor (CL 60267779) and am a Certified Parent Coach, also known as a Parent Educator.
One area of parent coaching that is near and dear to my heart is working with mothers with newborns. Learning to parent a newborn can be challenging whether it's your first or fifth child because of all of the unique and different needs each baby has. If a mother is identifying with post partum depression or anxiety, it can make the every day challenges of parenting feel even bigger. I love providing hands on support to mamas in this season of their life.
If you are interested in being a parent coach for Camille Marie Coaching

Lamanda Barr-Finch, MSW, CC
Hello, my name is Lamanda Barr-Finch, I have a Masters of Social Work from the University of Washington and I am a Certified Counselor (CL 60641011). I have been working with youth and families for over 10 years in the social services sector as well as medical field as a Special Care Provider/Certified Nursing Assistant.
Throughout my career I've worked with children of all ages. Some of that work has included being an In Home Case Manager where I collaborated with adolescent youth to help them stay on track for future goals and progress. I also recently completed my MSW internship where I was a Clinical Social Work Intern in an elementary school. In that role, I was able to utilize evidence based interventions such as DBT/CBT and motivational interviewing skills with individuals needing support with mental health and special education. In recent years I'm enjoying becoming more specialized in working with families with children birth to 1 year, although I still very much enjoy toddler, preschool and school age.
I am trained in the Incredible Years Baby and Basic Age groups and have been facilitating parenting classes since 2017. I have experience teaching group parenting classes and this past year have transitioned to in home parenting sessions which I enjoy, because it can individualize to the unique needs of the family. Currently, I'm exclusively working with clients that are referred by DCYF, as Camille Marie Coaching has a contract with them to provide parenting classes to referred families.
Additional training includes Trauma Informed CBT and Undoing Racism, to name a few. I look forward to working with your family!!
